Inbound Messages

The Inbound Messages page allows you to view all messages received by the system, for example, notifications of undeliverable email or out-of-office replies.

To view inbound messages:

  1. Open the Administration Menu page.

  2. Under the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION heading, click Inbound Messages.

    The Inbound Messages page appears.

  3. Using the Display from fields, enter two date values to view all inbound messages that occurred within the specified date range.

  4. Click FIND.

    The system displays all inbound messages from the specified date range, including the following information:

    • Time Set as Noted on Email – the time and date the message was sent

    • From – the email address that the message originated from

    • Message – the body of the message

    • Time Received and Processed – the time and date the message was processed
